Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship from Switzerland to Switzerland, Liechtenstein, the rest of Europe and many other countries. We don't ship to the United States at the moment.

Shipping costs

• Switzerland and Liechtenstein: always free.
• All other countries: free from 3 items. For 1 or 2 items the cost depends on the weight and is shown at checkout: from CHF 6.95 in Europe and from CHF 11.45 to the rest of the world.

When your order ships

We prepare and check every order by hand and usually ship it within 1–3 business days, normally with Swiss Post. Delivery times depend on the destination and on the postal service.

Tracking

When your order ships, we send you an email. If the parcel has a tracking number, you'll find it in that email.

Customs duties and taxes

For deliveries outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein, the destination country may charge import duties or taxes. They are not included in our prices and are paid by the recipient, usually on delivery.

Problems with your delivery
