Refund policy

You can return your order within 14 days of delivery.

How to return an item

1. Write to us at info@treasurecollect.ch with your order number and the items you want to return.
2. We reply with the return address and the instructions.
3. Pack the item well and send it back with a tracked service.
4. When it arrives, we check it and confirm your refund.

Please write to us before you send anything back: we can't accept parcels sent without contacting us first.

Conditions

• The item is unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
• It is complete and in its original packaging.
• You give us your order number or a proof of purchase.

Unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake, you pay the cost of sending it back.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, we refund it to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need a few more days to show it. If 15 business days have passed and you still don't see it, write to us.

Items we can't take back

• Custom designs made just for you.
• Gift cards.
• Sale items, unless the law gives you a right of withdrawal (see below).

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, write to us within 14 days of delivery, if possible with a photo, and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return it as described above and place a new order for the one you want.

Orders delivered in the European Union

If your order is delivered to a country of the European Union, you also have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. To use it, tell us by email at info@treasurecollect.ch. We refund the price and the standard delivery cost you paid within 14 days of your message; we may wait until we have the item back or you show us that you sent it. You pay the cost of sending it back. Custom designs made to your instructions are excluded.
